Tributum Consulting (Pty) Ltd is a company focussing on tax consulting and business valuations. It commenced operations on 1 March 2019 and engages the tax specialist services of Dirk Kotze.
Dirk qualified as a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) in 2002 after completing his B Comm and B Comm (Hons) at Nelson Mandela University.
He is a SARS registered tax practitioner since 2008 and is a member of The South African Institute of Tax Professionals (SAIT) and the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
He commenced his career in Tax at PwC Port Elizabeth in 2004 and obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Advanced Taxation from UNISA in 2005.
Dirk joined Mazars Port Elizabeth as tax consulting in 2006 and became Tax Partner at Mazars in 2008. He was recruited back into PwC in 2014 as Associate Director heading the Corporate Tax practice in the Eastern Cape.
He started Tributum Consulting on 1 March 2019 as a niche tax consulting practice. With more than 10 000 hours of specialist tax consulting experience he is rightly considered as an expert in his field.
Dirk has extensive tax consulting experience for clients of all sizes, including listed entities and multinational companies. He has specialist knowledge of high net worth individuals and their unique tax environment, including the establishment and taxation of both local and foreign trusts.
Dirk is an accomplished public speaker and regularly presents on tax topics at client training functions and business development events.
